Located only 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Le Verger, this 220 m2 villa, redecorated in 2021, is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and its surroundings.
Its beautiful living spaces and its large garden are the promise of an unforgettable stay in Cancale. Recently, all the window frames, shutters and front doors have been changed for even more comfort!

The villa consists of :

DAYROOM: Bathed in light, the living room / lounge, with an area of about 40m2, invites you to convivial moments. The dining area has a large table to which a side table can be added to accommodate 14 guests. In the living room, the royal blue sofa provides an elegant and cosy atmosphere.
The kitchen, which has been given a charming makeover, is independent and fully equipped to enable you to prepare delicious meals for your tribe.
One of the assets of this villa is its independent "Family room" with fireplace. It is a convivial leisure room with a television allowing you to read, play or watch a film without disturbing the others. This room has a convertible sofa offering a comfortable bed for 2 people. Adjacent to this recreation room, you will find a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

NIGHT Nook: In addition to the sofa bed in the "family room", the villa des Daules has 3 double bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a refined style and have storage space. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a 140 x 200 bed.
The other two double rooms are on the first floor. They have a double bed (140 x 200 cm and 160X200 cm), they offer a cot for babies, and one of them has an office space.
On the first floor there is also a 45 m2 dormitory that can comfortably accommodate 8 children thanks to its two 90 X190 beds, its drawer bed and its bunk bed. This large space is ideal with plenty of games provided by the owners.

SANITARY SPACES: The villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor and 3 toilets.

THE EXTERIORS : The large garden, entirely enclosed and planted with trees, is the perfect place to share convivial moments and an ideal playground for children. Deckchairs, lounge and garden tables are at your disposal as well as a barbecue for a successful holiday! Outdoor games for children are also available
