Recent holiday home, combining calm and comfort, on a plot of 2900 m².
Located 1 km from the thermal cure of Molitg-les-Bains, it overlooks the village of Campôme and offers a magnificent view of the mountains.

The accommodation consists of a large bright living room with bay window.
There will be a living room with 2 sofas and armchairs, a dining room, an American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee makers and Dolce Gusto capsules, electric kettle and food processor).
You will have a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a bedroom office with a sofa bed (good quality bedding) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Independent toilets are also located at the entrance level.
A radio and a television are also at your disposal. The house has no telephone or internet. However, 4G works very well in our valley.
It is possible to have lunch on the outdoor terrace which is equipped with a table, a parasol, chairs and deckchairs.

Other remarks
The evacuation of waste water is carried out by a septic tank. Precautions should therefore be taken when using the toilet.
