Located on the west coast of the island, 7 minutes by car from St Leu, this rental for 12 people of 240 m² is composed as follows:
- On the ground floor :
a fully equipped kitchen as well as a utility room
a lounge area with TV
a billiards area
two bedrooms with double bed with wardrobe and cupboard
a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and two sinks
WC
- Upstairs :
two double bedrooms
a large bedroom separated into 2 spaces with a double bed on one side and 2 single beds which can form a double bed on the other
a bathroom with walk-in shower, 3 sinks and WC
office space
- In the basement
a 30 m² gym with a treadmill, a rower, a bike and a strength training machine
- Outside :
You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets under the 50 m² veranda with table and lounge area as well as a barbecue and a pizza oven.
You also await a salt swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, a ping pong table and a bowling alley.
Everything you need to relax with family or friends! Be careful, however, not to forget to enjoy the charms of the island!

At the exit of Saint-Leu towards Saint-Pierre, turn left after the gendarmerie, at the corner of the "S Center" store, then immediately right and right again. Continue still on the main road until passing under the Route des Tamarins bridge. A few more turns and you arrive in a small hamlet. The entrance to the villa is located on your right.
