Ideally located 15 minutes from Montpellier city center and 5 minutes from the beach by car, this apartment is located in the pretty and lively village of Pérols.
The accommodation is located in a very quiet area. Ideal for a couple and their 2 children (4 people maximum).
Outside you can enjoy a sheltered terrace overlooking the landscaped garden and the Semi-buried swimming pool, it is a haven of peace.
Deckchairs to enjoy the sun and a barbecue will also be at your disposal.
The accommodation is completely independent from the rest of the villa.
Possibility of parking for free in front of the house.
The entrance is common in the villa.
Accommodation space is private.
You will have a free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
We, the owner, live just above on the first floor.
Bathroom linen and household linen provided (bath towel, shower gel, sheets, blankets and tea towels)
Basic product for cooking provided (oil, salt + pepper + spices, coffee powder and cleaning products)
Electric heating.
Fan.
For the well-being and privacy of other tenants and the neighborhood, we do not accept noise pollution exceeding a certain time or animals.
Smokers will be kind enough to only smoke outside the accommodation.
