The villa has a hybrid billiard table (8 pool, American or French), a darts game area and an insert fireplace. In the background, a TV and a sound bar to liven up your games! Open on it, a bar equipped with a beer dispenser and a wine cellar will certainly occupy your evenings.

The 50 m² living room including a large sofa, TV and table football is open to a fully equipped 20 m² kitchen and to the terrace via three bay windows. It also overlooks a master suite with dressing room and bathroom.

The dining room, in the continuity of the living room, has a fixed table for 15 people. This leads to a corridor which leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.

Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other three upstairs, one of which serves as a cinema, plus a bathroom/wc – Security barriers at the top and bottom of the stairs.

From spring until the middle of autumn, the terrace is the privileged place for meals. A large table for 15 people and its chairs are available. Around the swimming pool, you will relax on the deckchairs, while enjoying, according to your taste, the sun or the shade. The heated swimming pool (from May to October) is equipped with a volleyball net and a safety barrier to prevent any risk of accident when children are unsupervised.
