Table tennis Music room Private pool Hiking trailsThe house is large and spacious (a main room of 90 m2) open onto multiple terraces overlooking nature (direct access to hiking trails). One of the terrace is covered and is equipped with a large communal table and seating area, a large opening with a bar separates the kitchen from the outdoor living space.
The pool is 14 m by 5/7 m with a progressive bottom going to 220 cm deep with a staircase descent and a bench equipped with spa jets surrounded by a large terraces. All rooms are very glazed on the garden. You can store two cars under the entrance porch and more on the ground. It is possible to play petanque (balls on site) and pingpong (tables and rackets on site), volleyball and badmington . The place is very popular for mountain biking, several possible circuits from the house and possibility of bike rental.
