Its location in height will allow you to appreciate the magnificent sunsets of the Caribbean Sea, around a ti' punch, either in its carbet, or in the small lounge by the swimming pool.

It is located in a residential area, very quiet, 1.7 km from the Caribbean beach (with its scuba diving centers, bottle or apnea, its kayak or paddle rentals, electric or not, its restaurants …) and from the Maison du Cacao, less than 10 minutes by car from the Cousteau reserve and the Îlets Pigeon, 20 minutes from the famous Botanical Garden of Deshaies, close to many other beaches, 45 minutes from La Soufrière and Basse-Terre, 30 min from the Cascade aux Écrevisses.
Varied hiking and waterfalls nearby.

At the top of a hill, a vehicle is essential, but walks are possible from the house.
No parking problem, since your vehicle will be in the garden!

The 3 bedrooms, each with its small bathroom, will allow independence, which may be necessary even with best friends ;-)
