In summer, the villa is made up of 5 bedrooms + 1 bedroom by the swimming pool for 3 people + 1 chalet for 4 people in front of the swimming pool.
In summer, the villa alone and private is for a maximum of 16 people (The spas are optional extras)
Be careful if you are a group of young people under 25 the law has become stricter. Let us know before!
The villa can also be rented with an adjoining studio (4 people) 150 € per night
The villa can also be rented with a cottage behind communicating by the garden (Languedoc cottage 6 people)
The villa can also be rented with another gite behind communicating through the garden (Roussillon gite 5 people)
The set can accommodate 35 people
The villa is well fenced with its independent entrance and its private salt pool
The villa has 3 private spas but beware in the rental price the spas are not included as well as in the other gites
Our spa rates are €10 per day per person with a spa deposit of €100 per spa
The geographical location of the villa does not allow us to rent to groups who want to party with excessively loud music outside.
Inside the villa no problem.
Villa Charline provides you with an outdoor enclosure. No tenant will be able to come with a sound system
We inform you that following complaints from the neighborhood excessively noisy music is not accepted outside the villa in respect of the inhabitants (no bass)
