Villa "Brin de Soleil", quartier du Parc, à 5 min de la plage

It consists of a large living / dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom in the basement, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen and 2 separate toilets.

- 1 additional bedroom in the basement: master bedroom with queen-size bed and bathroom

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, WiFi
All windows have electric shutters, with central locking at the entrance.
The house is equipped with optional air conditioning and on request.

In the basement you will find a utility room with a washing machine and a freezer.

It is possible to park 2 cars in the courtyard of the villa, in front.
At the back, you will find a large shaded terrace furnished with several small spaces: dining table, barbecue / plancha, garden furniture, armchairs. The terrace is lit at night.
The house is suitable for children since it has a travel cot, a high chair, as well as a number of beach games and toys for children.
We offer the rental of 6 bikes at an additional cost (25 € / week / bike).

Its location is ideal:
- 5 min walk from the beach
- 2 min walk from the park's shopping center (daily market, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, rotisserie, mini-market (Vival), tobacco / press, café / restaurant, dressing table, etc.)
- 10 minutes' walk from the park's gardens (children's playground, minigolf, Basque pelota pediment, etc.)
- 15-20 min walk from the port and shops / glaciers / rides / downtown shops
- 10-15 min walk from the SNCF / TER station
- 10 min by car from the commercial area

- bus line n ° 4 which runs down the villa and serves the city center, the seafront, the market, the train station, etc.

You can put the car on arrival and do everything on foot.
If you arrive by train, possibility of transport between the station and the villa on request and subject to availability.

A deposit will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you depending on the condition of the villa upon your departure.
