For bookings of 28 nights or more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wi-Fi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons, adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival. To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.
