The villa allows access on foot to the beaches of the Arcachon basin during a 5-minute walk enjoying the typical villas.
This single storey villa is located 100 m from the cycle path at the bottom of a dead end. It is accessed by a private path which leads to a shaded private parking lot for at least four cars. This villa is located in the town of Andernos, it is close to all shops, pharmacies and medical pharmacies.

Particularly quiet, it is surrounded by a garden and has terraces all around the house, including a covered terrace for outdoor dining. It has a large bright living room with two benches, television and has an internet connection. The two bathrooms with WC and its four bedrooms allow two couples to live together in the comfort of a modern house decorated with two numerous paintings of the landscapes of the Arcachon basin.

The recent fitted kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor living in high season.
The outdoor terraces all around the house allow you to isolate yourself in peace, enjoy the sun or shade depending on your choice and for some to take advantage of the ping-pong table to have fun in complete peace of mind. We are preparing the houses and beds for a stress-free start to your stay.
