- a double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and wardrobe
- a double bedroom with 2 beds, one 180x200cm and one 140x200cm, wardrobe and bathroom with shower and sink
- 3 x terrace with tables and chairs
- storage space with additional freezer and refrigerator
• Outdoors :
- large garden
- several places with tables and chairs in the sun and shade
- a 12 x 6 m swimming pool, with sun loungers
- private parking with closed gate
Located at the foot of Mont Bouquet and in the center of the village of Seynes where you can go for walks, paragliding and climbing.
We offer you the possibility of a large number of activities, visits and excursions, for all tastes and for all ages!
Opposite the restaurant La Farigoulette offers gourmet and traditional cuisine.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
We rent in high season in July and August only weekly, from Sunday to Sunday, to avoid annoying traffic jams!
In low season you can choose when you arrive and depart.

Coming from Alès via the D6, turn left at the Seynes exit and follow the main road for 250 m and just before the left turn you will find number 253, Villa Anne Fleur and the Fleur de Lies cottage.
Coming from the A7 motorway, take exit 19 Bollène
From Bolléne, direction Alès via the Pont Saint Esprit and Bagnols Sur Sèze via the D994 - N86 and D6, take the exit Seynes (on the right).
Follow the road through the center. On the right you will see the church, the town hall, the school and after 200m on the right, you will find NR 253 Villa Anne Fleur and the cottage Fleur de Lies.

2 villas en parfait état et parfaitement entretenu tout comme les espaces extérieurs et la piscine.
