Villa of approximately 90 m², in our small, quiet residence of 8 dwellings, closed by electric gate, with garden, in Porto-Vecchio, 5 minutes from the citadel and the port (or 20 minutes on foot, or shuttle free electricity 2 minutes on foot which will drop you off at the citadel or the port), 300 meters from the shops, 200 meters from a seaside, in the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio.

Two bedrooms / two bathrooms / two toilets / covered terrace / barbecue

Independent villa, without vis-à-vis:
• The ground floor consists of:
* an air-conditioned bedroom, with two 90 cm beds that can be combined into a double bed
* bathroom (sink, large walk-in shower)
* Separate WC
* the kitchen with dining area is equipped with a four-burner electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer (with three drawers), microwave microwave, oven, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, iron
* an air-conditioned living room of 25 m² with fireplace, flat screen TV, 2 sofas

(new for 2022! not yet visible in the photo, a fixed brown sofa and a red "RAPIDO" sofa bed with a real mattress in 140)

• The floor consists of:
* a large attic bedroom, air-conditioned, with a 160 bed, bathroom (sink, shower, WC), as well as a private terrace
* two terraces, one of which is covered, charcoal barbecue, private garden with sun loungers

Also a common garden with lawn, and sunbathing as well as a pool of 4 meters by 4 meters (70 cm deep) to cool off.
