We rent our house of 100 m² for 8 people, located 300 m from Lac Marin, independent and on one level, with 3 bedrooms.
It has been renovated, very bright and sunny, and very quiet with its 600 m² fully enclosed pleasure garden (possibility of parking in the street or on the property).
Come and relax and enjoy, among other things, its table football, its ping-pong table or its darts!

This villa serves us as a vacation home. It is therefore fully equipped (books, board games, etc.)

It is ideally located 300 m from the lake and 2 km from the ocean, and everything is accessible by cycle path. We lend you 5 bicycles free of charge to get around.

- a beautiful wooden bathroom
