Not suitable for festive events. The house is located in the center of Vouvray, surrounded by other homes. Their owners wanted to keep it because they are very attached to it. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

On 2 floors, the loft is composed of:
- 1 entrance with storage space, 1 very large living space (living room with video projector, dining area, bar, billiards and table football areas), 1 large equipped kitchen with scullery, 3 bedrooms each with 1 Queen bed size (160x200), 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 3 shower rooms, 1 office space and 1 games area.
All enclosed spaces are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
- 1 outdoor space (575 m²) with private heated swimming pool (6.5 x 4.2 m) generally open from the beginning of May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions), plancha, dining area and lounge area.

The price includes sheets and beds made upon your arrival, bathroom linen (excluding bath towels) and cleaning upon your departure.
