In the old days, it was a large agricultural domain deserving the name of Rey = king.
Van Gogh is a gîte for 2-6 people with an area of 160 m².
On the first floor there is a kitchen and a dining room as well as a living room with a beautiful fireplace. The living room opens onto the private terrace. There is also a large bedroom with two separate beds and a well-renovated bathroom (with shower).
On the ground floor two other bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two separate beds) and a second bathroom/shower.
The architecture is typical of Languedoc: freestone, vaulted rooms, curious staircases, arches, courtyards, terraces.
The Mas de Rey extends over 4 hectares. It is a paradise for those seeking tranquility in an authentic nature: land of scrubland, pines, olive trees, vines and flowers.
Its buildings are very well renovated according to the local style.
In all, there are four spacious luxury and charming lodges as well as 5 exceptional lodges with private Spa on well-maintained grounds and surrounded by nature, very close to the charming historic town center of Uzès.

Follow the signs Ales.
In Bagnols sur Cèze follow the signs Uzès (no longer Ales)
Arrived in Uzes, follow the signs Anduze / Ales to the roundabout with the fountains

On the A7 to Orange after Lyon take the exit to the A9 to Nîmes
Then take exit 23 towards Remoulins / Uzes and continue to Uzes.
At the 4th roundabout turn left (direction Anduze) and you will reach a roundabout with fountains.

Follow the signs "Camping Mas de Rey"
After approx. 1 kilometer follow the (winding) road down
Below you will arrive after about 200 meters along Musée 1900 (right side of the road)
Then after about 75 meters turn left (just before a sharp right turn
(see the board Mas de Rey Location)
After about 50 meters you are at the entrance to Mas de Rey (right!)

"A découvrir absolument"
Un domaine magnifique,où il fait aussi bon flâner dans le parc que se détendre au bord de la piscine.
Les hébergements à la décoration particulièrement soignée sont très confortables et propices au repos.
Je partage mon petit coup de cœur pour les éclairages extérieurs qui illuminent le domaine à la tombée de la nuit et créent une ambiance romantique à souhait.
A saluer l'accueil et la disponibilité de Pascal et Nathalie, aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes et qui partagent avec enthousiasme leurs idées de découverte de la région.
Nous avons hâte de revenir découvrir les Lodges dont l'aménagement s'achevait au moment de notre passage et qui promettent des séjours féériques au cœur du domaine.
