Come and enjoy a duplex apartment, on the 1st floor of a house, completely renovated in 2023.
At the top of the stairs, you arrive directly on a 12 m² covered terrace with a table for 6 people and a bench seat to relax or enjoy a good book or magazine.
You then enter through a bay window into a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room.
You will have 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 double bed.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate.
Come and enjoy this authentic fishing village.
There you will find excellent shops, nice bars and restaurants and seafood bars.
Valras-Plage open-air market on Monday and Friday mornings.
Cycle path along the coast.
Concerts, funfair and entertainment in summer.
Culture: cinema, Lego museum, casino and nightclubs.
