Casa Marit is located in the "Woestenhof" holiday domain 600 m from the village of Westouter (Heuvelland - West Flanders - Belgium). Casa Marit is rated 3 stars by Tourism Flanders under number 379325.

Located on the south side between the "Rode Berg" and Westouter.

The area between the Woestenhof and the "Rode Berg" is a piece of nature filled with greenery and forests in which there are many hiking routes. Casa Marit is located northeast of the estate on a small stream.

Its terrace faces south. It is a holiday domain but without any type of leisure, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. Most of the houses are used as second homes and are not rented out to tourists.

Casa Marit has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook yourself. Combine a microwave coffee maker, all kinds of pots and pans, and all kinds of cutlery.

In the bathroom there is a toilet, a walk-in shower, a sink, a shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower and always fresh bath towels, regular towels and washcloths.

The living room contains a lounge area with TV on Telenet distribution with many channels, a dining area where everything is present in terms of plates and glasses. (Water and electricity deducted from the refund of the deposit of 250 €)

There is comfortable infrared heating in all rooms of the house.

Rooms are always ready for use. The beds are always made with fresh sheets.

On the terrace there is a storage room where two bicycles can be placed. A barbecue device is available as well as a bicycle rack.

ASSET
Casa Marit offers you a very quiet stay where everyone can relax and enjoy the silence. For walkers this is a unique place to start the walk from the chalet given the natural character of the area. It is also a wonderful place for cycling enthusiasts as there are many cycle paths in the area. Casa Marit is located on the side of the "Red Mountain" and therefore close to the French border. It is very pleasant to stay in the flowery village of Westouter with its cozy cafes and restaurants.

Summer evenings are wonderful on the terrace of Casa Marit and enjoy the silence and quietly watch the evenings fall.
In winter it is nice to enjoy the winter view.
From Casa Marit you can go in all directions. Sports, walking, cycling, shopping and sunbathing on the south-facing terrace.
