To have the price details of each gîte you can consult them on this site by adding G1 or G2 after Vacances sous le Catalpa,
GITE 1 and GITE 2 (the only PMR labeled) are both classified 3 stars...
Per gîte we can accommodate 5 people in a bedroom and 7 people with a bed in the living room (a sofa bed for 2 people in one and a fold-away bed for 2 in gîte 2 with real mattresses) And even a 15th on the banquette bed 120 cm, plus extra bed type.
When the two gîtes are rented together, gîte 2, arranged differently, accommodates large tables and becomes the dining area, with a small move (by you) of the dining room table and possibly a sofa bed.
It's convenient to come and spend the end of year holidays with family or friends (tree, decorations and lights provided)
or to come on vacation with friends or family, each having their own accommodation...

fourniture de 2 torchons 2 € (vous emportez les torchons en fin de séjour) ou je vous fournis gratuitement des torchons propres et lavés mais pas neufs...

In Bordeaux, take the A63 towards Bayonne Arcachon (Basque coast motorway) then turn off onto the A 660 towards Arcachon, take exit 3 Le Teich.
At the second roundabout (with Super U on the left) go straight on, rue de Boulange, cross the level crossing, then a new roundabout with a pizzeria, a greengrocer, a fishmonger and a bakery on the left, go straight on rue de Jeangard, at the Y take rue du stadium on the right (along the cycle path) and turn off at the first right (rue des plaines) for between 200 and 300 m, the cottage is located at 30 rue des plaines (which is located between 38 and 32... the mysteries of renumbering...)
Well... if you can't find it, call.
