- In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please inform the residence reception, whose contact details are provided in your booking confirmation. You may also enter this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your call.
- For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes.
- For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as optional extras after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
- Pets are allowed (maximum 1 per accommodation) at an additional cost (€12/day or €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
- For group bookings (5 accommodations or more), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is available up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us.
- A photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in.
- A €300 pre-authorization will be requested upon arrival as a security deposit, and will be released after the stay, provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (in accordance with the inventory checklist).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
