The “Ty Puñs” (“House of the well” in Breton) apartment is located a stone's throw from the town center of Morlaix, near the circuit of the alleys and a greenway. It is equipped with an outdoor spa overlooking the Jarlot valley.

The environment, quiet, is planted with trees and surrounded by old walls with beautiful views overlooking the city.

This beautiful 54 m² apartment, on the 1st floor of the house, accessible by an independent external staircase, has been renovated with ecological materials and offers all the comforts for 2 to 4 people.

Neatly decorated, it is composed of a large living room - living room - equipped kitchen of 30 m², a bedroom for 2 people (160 bed), a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom water with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
