This “Jeanne-Louise” gite bears the name of my paternal grandmother, a nod to my dad, who was involved in the renovation of the first gites.
This cottage is the last to have been renovated. With a decoration oscillating between vintage and industrial, Grandma Jeanne would have liked to find her “Mado” (redesigned kitchen cabinet), her weight scale and her manual coffee grinder.
"Small" last in Josephine's farmhouse, it offers the most spacious volumes of all the gîtes. Its 4 bedrooms are each decorated in a unique and sought-after style: nature, retro-chic, workshop, vintage.
Come with family, friends, spend a relaxing stay with all the comforts, just like at home...
On the ground floor, a bright living room of 50m2, a modern kitchen, a spacious master suite (with private shower/basin and WC, dressing area), a laundry room and a separate WC.
On the 1st floor, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, a spacious bedroom with shower, washbasin and private WC.
Outside, two terraces, facing south for the dining area, and to the west a relaxation lounge, all surrounded by an enclosed lawn area of 150m².
Our exceptional location allows you to be 30 minutes from the main tourist sites of South Morbihan, and in Erdeven all shops, the beach 4 km away and close to Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes...

Nous étions 11 personnes adultes, tous membres d' une même famille. Nous avons passé la semaine du 11 au 18 Juin à Kervarc'h dans les 2 gîtes " Ty Jeanne Louise et Ty Joséphine ".
Accueil chaleureux de Mme Thiec , la propriétaire , très serviable et à notre écoute.
2 gîtes spacieux , très propres , confortables , très bien décorés et aménagés , très très bien équipés.
Nous sommes tous unanimes : ces locations sont à recommander.

Location top ! Typique propre confortable calme et en prime un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande et de plus c 'est avec grand plaisir que je relouerai ce gîte pour mon prochain voyage en Bretagne 😁

"Location gîte Ty Jeanne-louise"
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour pour les fêtes de fin d'année ! Gîte très agréable, spacieux (nous y étions 4 couples pendant 5 jours), très bien aménagé et décoré. Il est vraiment très bien équipé et très propre. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis, l'hôtesse est vraiment charmante, serviable et à notre écoute ! Belles et nombreuses balades à faire dans cette magnifique région. Ty Jeanne-louise est un gîte dont nous garderons un excellent souvenir et que nous recommandons vivement !
