Ty Jean-Michel - Les Gîtes de Kervarc'h

I welcome you to cozy holiday homes just a stone's throw from the sea. Our gites are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a characterful hamlet, in a quiet countryside location.

Gîte in the middle, between Ty Hélène and Le Loft, where the stables and then the barns used to be, the workplace of my grandfather, Jean-Marie, and my uncle, Michel.
Facing east-west, it is bright, overlooking the courtyard on one side and the garden on the other, which will be your access to the gîte, follow the Japanese steps!

You will appreciate its luminosity, the exposed stone wall, the fitted kitchen "just like at home" and the west-facing, sheltered terrace for rest or an aperitif!

On the ground floor, the living room is composed as follows: the kitchen area, well equipped with ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, traditional and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, grill -bread, hand blender, mini chopper, electric citrus press, electric knife, electric mixer and pressure cooker, the living area with a round glass table, four chairs, a low cabinet, a dresser, the lounge area with a 2-seater sofa and two armchairs, two nesting glass coffee tables, a magazine rack filled with numerous documents on the region, a TV cabinet for storing books, card games and dice with above the flat screen TV of 80cm as well as the CD/DVD player, CD/radio player, a WC.

On the 1st floor, the spacious master bedroom (15 m²) with a 140*190 bed, a bedside table, a bedside stool, a table and its stool, a folding cane chair, a wrought iron mannequin as a valet, a travel cot with 5 cm mattress, a cane braiding armchair, a wardrobe and the bathroom with bathtub and bath screen, vanity unit, WC, heated towel rail and laundry basket.

On the 2nd floor, the bedroom with twin beds 90*190.
The west-facing flowered terrace with a table, four chairs and two sunbeds in exotic wood, two deck chairs, a Weber-type barbecue, the unfenced private garden.
The laundry is outside the cottage with a private washing machine

Our exceptional location allows you to be 30 minutes from the main tourist sites of South Morbihan, and in Erdeven all shops, the beach 4 km away and close to Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes...
