SELF CHECK IN: For the benefit of our guests we operate on a self check in process

CHECK IN: Your contactless check in instructions will be issued from 3:45pm on the day of your arrival and you will be able to check in anytime after 4 pm.

CUT OFF TIME: We operate on emergencies only after 6 pm and communication might be limited.

COMMUNICATION: Our phone lines are extremely busy most of the time and we do not guarantee your phone call will be answered or that you will receive a call back. However, written communication is answered on a timely manner and we ask all our guests to contact us by emails or messages only to ensure a quick reply.

POST: We would like to kindly request that you do not send any deliveries/posts to the address of stay We are not liable for collection or delivery of any posts.

EARLY CHECK IN/EXTENSIONS: We allow paid early check ins where possible and we also offer discounts on booking extensions. Please get in touch with us by replying to this message if you wish to extend your stay or for an early check in.

A damage deposit of £500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
