The accommodation is located 1 km from the town center with local shops (bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, hairdresser) and numerous places to relax and play sports: library, BMX track, football fields, skate park, bowling alley, a children's play area, ...
Market in Nazelles Négron every Wednesday morning and every Friday and Sunday morning in Amboise.
You will fall under the spell of this remarkable luminous troglodyte of 91 m² not overlooked, completely renovated in 2022.
The +: the Jacuzzi for relaxation. Unusual place where everything is done for relaxation.
Description of accommodation:
• On the ground floor:
- a large living room of 40 m² (sofa, internet TV 100 channels, PS4 DVD player, board games of all kinds, books, etc.),
- a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), kettle, toaster, mixer, rice cooker, raclette machine, appliance waffle croque monsieur, citrus press, ...
(Basic ingredients provided: garbage bags, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oils, etc.)
- a bedroom (1 large bed 160 x 200) with storage + TV,
- a separate toilet with hand basin,
- a large bathroom with walk-in shower + washing machine + double sink + towel dryer + hair dryer + small soaps provided.
• Upstairs :
- a large spacious bedroom of 25 m² (1 large 160 x 200 bed and 2 90x200 trundle beds) + TV + balcony terrace to have breakfast and admire the view of the Cisse valley.
Bed and bathroom linen provided. Baby equipment available (travel cot with sheet, high chair, free-standing bathtub, potty + suitable children's dishes).
A spa for 4 people is available in a dedicated 24-hour wellness area.
Garden furniture on a wooden terrace facing south + outdoor dining table + gas barbecue.
Shaded enclosed courtyard of 250 m² not overlooked with a garden furniture area + a hammock and sunbathing area.
Bicycle room with electrical outlets.

"Très bel appartement"
Le logement Troglo est bien situé, proche d‘Amboise, dans le calm et entourée d‘arbres. Une belle terrasse privative pour se détendre en fin de journée. L’appartement est très bien équipé et meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Pendant des journées chaleureuses la fraîcheur du troglo était beaucoup appréciée.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants. Le logement nécessite une aération constante par un système d’aération afin de maintenir un bon confort, celui-ci génère un peu de bruit constant. Nous nous sommes habitué après la première nuit.
La deuxième chambre au premier étage est à une vingtaine de marches, il faut être bien à pied pour y accéder par un bel escalier en bois.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants. Le logement nécessite une aération constante par un système d’aération afin de maintenir un bon confort, celui-ci génère un peu de bruit constant. Nous nous sommes habitué après la première nuit.

Gite rénové avec énormément de gout et de qualité.
Les enfants ont adoré le cadre et les activités laissées à disposition (jeux de société, jeux en bois extérieur), ainsi que le spa, très agréable après une journée de découverte des châteaux ;)

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos deux enfants dans ce magnifique gîte troglodyte! Rénové avec goût, il est parfaitement équipé et nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'accueil, la propreté, l'insolite et le charme, tout était au rendez vous pour passer un agréable séjour. On recommande vivement !
