The luxury, split-level house has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area with a gas fireplace and under-floor heating. There are 7 smart TVs throughout the house. The entire first floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a private balcony, well appointed en suite bathroom, walk through wardrobe and lounge area. The 2 other bedrooms, with forest views, each have their own full en suite with double ended bathtubs.

Tihi Retreat Rotorua is a 10-minute drive from the Polynesian Spa and the Government Gardens. Rotorua Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 10 years old (inclusive) stay for 50 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
