Close to the lagoon of La Saline les Bains and the magnificent beach of Trou d'eau, in a luxury villa, 2-room apartment on the ground floor, completely independent.
Area popular with holidaymakers with everything close at hand: beach and restaurants on foot and shops nearby! Very close access to the beaches of Saline les Bains (3-4 min walk) and Ermitage (5 min by car), magnificent snorkeling spots protected by the coral reef, but also the surf spot of three basins.
Starting point for many activities: beaches, hiking, paddle, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, golf, paragliding, surfing, helicopter flight over the island, museums, craft markets, botanical gardens... (easy access to the road of tamarinds)
Bus stop 250 meters away
Shops 1 km away: bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, medical centre, La Poste, wine shop, newsagent and tobacconist...

A beautiful 20 m² terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors all day long with a covered part, equipped with garden furniture and a fan and a garden part with a sunbathing area and its outdoor hot shower.
Travel light, 2 large beach towels will be lent to you as well as flippers, masks, snorkels, and beach umbrella. But also novels, comics and various guides to Reunion.
The apartment is fully equipped, it consists of:
- 1 Bedroom with a Queen size bed 160 x 200 comfort +++
- Well-equipped American kitchen and its dining area: Fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Dolce gusto coffee maker, toaster, … + household products
- Modern living room with a large convertible corner sofa, flat screen TV equipped with a Netflix subscription, all Orange TV channels + Replay, unlimited fiber optic Wifi...
- Shower room + washbasin + separate WC, equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Hot and cold water shower outside
- Linens included and laundry service on request

The maximum capacity is 2 adults and a child or teenager.
