Ideal for recharging your batteries, Ti' Alizé is located near the town of Sainte-Luce: coastal path and N5.
The bungalow can accommodate 2 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a 3rd person. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a smart TV and a teleworking space.

If the tenant renounces the rental less than 30 days before the start of the rental, he remains liable for 50% of the rent, and 100% if the waiver occurs less than 10 days before the start of the rental. However, if the lessor considers that the rental cannot not be done under the normal conditions provided for in the contract, following an incident (jacuzzi in breakdown, last minute work, fire, water damage, force majeure, illness or other, etc.), the tenant will see his reservation canceled and refunded in full within a maximum period of 90 days and will not be able to claim any compensatory compensation of whatever nature it is.
Special clause: In the event of force majeure specific to COVID-19 or other disasters sanitary, ecological, not allowing the tenant to begin their stay in the villa, the lessor undertakes to offer the tenant a full rembursement of the sums already paid or postponement of rental dates. A postponement of the dates will be subject to an amendment modification and a price readjustment if the new period chosen does not correspond to the same season and at the same price as that shown in this contract.
