The location is also convenient for commuting to and from the various centres of business throughout the city and its suburbs

Persons 0 years and over stay for 15 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
The following cards are accepted at the property: American Express, Visa and Euro/Mastercard. The Spires Serviced Apartments UK Ltd. does not accept cheque payments for accommodation charges. The card holder must be present and will be asked for official photographic identification, e.g. valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card upon arrival. Please note that reception is opened between 08:30 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 10:30 and 19:00 on Saturdays. Reception is not open on Sundays. Arrivals outside of reception hours or on Sunday must be requested by the property in advance. The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spires reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21.
