Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to upload their valid proof of ID, sign terms and conditions of their stay with us digitally, authorise damage deposits and provide a few other details in order to complete the check-in process. This is done safely and securely via the guest portal on Charge Automation through a secure link that is sent to guests' email after the booking is confirmed. The whole process takes no more than 5-10 minutes.
All guests are required to go through this to ensure the authenticity of the booking and safety and security of our guests. There are no exceptions to this. If the guest tries to come up with any excuse not to complete these, please be advised that the booking will be at risk and no access to property will be granted. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH THE BOOKING.
Please note that the guest will bring no more than the stipulated number of people on the booking. If the guest is found to have brought more people than advised on the booking, this will be a breach of our terms and conditions and the booking will be cancelled. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without any refunds due. There are no exceptions to this condition and this is strictly enforced.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS BRINGING PETS:
Please be advised as follows:
1. If you are bringing pets to this property, these are subject to approval and payment of a pet fees. A pet fee is payable in all cases without any exceptions.
2. Pets can be disclosed and the pet fees paid for during the pre check-in process where guests are required to provide identification, sign terms and conditions, authorise damage deposit, etc on the dedicated guest portal.
3. Failure to disclose pets and bringing pets to the property without payment of fees will result in loss of damage deposit and the property will be obligated to take action accordingly.
4. Only well trained and well behaved pets are allowed to this property.
