In an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by organic citrus plantations, there is "Cuore di Palme", ​​with swimming pool.

The terrace is located on the first floor of the main villa, therefore inside the garden where the swimming pool is located. It is a studio, with a wall separating the day and night areas. The first is completed by a masonry kitchen with Sicilian terracotta and antique furniture from the ancient nobility of Syracuse. In this area, on request, it is possible to add a third bed in an armchair bed with an orthopedic mattress. The sleeping area is complete with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower.

Huge terrace of approximately 300 m² accessible only to residents of the "terrace".

The apartments all have a kitchen and a private bathroom, and each unit has a terrace/veranda.

The swimming pool is large, 15 x 8 meters and 3.5 m deep, in the upper part (with trampoline) and 1.2 m, in the lower part; shared with guests; has a special heating system, using solar panels.

Ideal place for families with children (we have an outdoor area equipped for their enjoyment - large trampoline, slide, rackets, balls, bicycles, etc.)
But it is also a place for romantic stays.

In the heart of the palm trees, thanks to its large spaces, it is also the ideal place for group meetings, for example on vacation, or for special occasions.
We also welcome four-legged friends, because we consider them part of the family!

Although we are surrounded by nature, we are not "isolated", in fact the town of Floridia is only 1 km away (for shopping, restaurants, bars, typical delicatessens, ice cream parlors, etc.); Syracuse is about 12 km away; the sea and our wonderful golden sandy beaches are just 15 minutes away by car, we provide parasols for our guests.
