Private poolWe welcome you to our ground floor house located in ÖPasciallella de Précojo. 10 mm from the city center of Porto Vecchio in a quiet area, with quick access to the superb beaches of Santa Ghiulia and Palombaggia (5 km).
A 90 m² apartment with a view of the Gulf of Porte Vecchio without any opposite with a capacity of up to 6 people including:
- 1 fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living-dining room
- 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed (new) equipped with its own bathroom
- 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds (new) that can be pushed together (according to need) equipped with its own bathroom
- 1 convertible sofa (new) sleeping 140x190
- 2 shaded equipped terraces (plancha, garden furniture) overlooking the garden
The apartment is fully air-conditioned
Swimming pool access exclusively reserved for tenants until 9 p.m.
Sheets and household linen provided (bed made on arrival)
