Private renting nice duplex apartment of 40 sqm fully equipped in a holiday residence near Cerbere overlooking the sea.
The holiday village has a swimming pool and a small bath for the little ones, a restaurant that is open, two tennis courts, a petanque, entertainment every night in season.
Direct access to the sea, small cove in the residence (pontoon).
A 1 km walk from the residence via a small wild path we arrive at the beach Cap PEYREFITE, which is a paradise for scuba diving (underwater trail). Beach that is in the heart of the marine reserve.

The rental is a pleasant duplex T3 40 sqm with terrace of 18 sqm, comprising two bedrooms with closet upstairs with two single beds in one and double bed in the other, a bathroom with cabin shower and toilet.
On the ground floor, another separate toilet, a kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer cold ventilated, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mini oven, barbecue, dishes, kitchen utensils, ...)
The living room dining area has a wooden table seating 6, a sofa convertible into two beds, a TV (satellite), an air freshener and storage furniture.
Garden furniture on the terrace, with table, chairs, deckchairs and parasols.
Necessary essential to spend pleasant moments on holidays.
One of the rooms is with sea view.
