We offer, for seasonal rental, a one-bedroom apartment of approximately 37 m², in the Casino residence.
This rental, 50 meters walk from the large sandy beach of the Minieu strike, offers you all the comfort for your short stay by the sea, in a charming and still preserved setting.
The apartment is located on the ground floor (private terrace and garden approximately 17 m²) and it consists of a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and two wardrobes, 1 main living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher , large fridge/freezer, induction hob/hood, oven, microwave oven, and small household appliances including a SENSEO coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster), a washing machine; a lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people, television and free WIFI very high speed Internet access by Fiber.
A dining area with table for 2 people; a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer, electric towel rail; a separate lavatory; a hallway with a shoe rack and a small cloakroom. The apartment is new, modern and very well located.
It is just behind the Casino, very close to the beach on foot (small view of the sea and the Saint Michel islet from the end of the garden), close to shops and seasonal entertainment (bakery/ice cream shop/tea room, small grocery store, greengrocer/cheese, Sunday morning market in July-August), numerous restaurants and bars, inflatable games/small funfair and of course the Kasino de Fréhel. Meals on the terrace and relaxation in the garden are very pleasant, especially on sunny days! The rental also includes private parking in the basement.
The bed will be made upon your arrival, towels and washcloths will be provided for 2, as well as cleaning supplies and basic necessities in reasonable quantities for 2 depending on the length of your stay (soap, toilet paper, paper towels). everything, washing capsules, dishwasher tablets).

L'appartement au R de C est très calme , bien situé : très proche de la mer et du site exceptionnel du Cap FREHEL
Il est très bien équipé et de manière complète avec du matériel neuf. Il y a un garage en sous sol facilement accessible.
