T2 apartment of 42 m² crossing on the first line of the sea, feet in the water.
Located on the 2nd floor without lift (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) for 1 to 5 people on the first line of the sea.
The view is breathtaking and love at first sight assured.
The rental price does not include household linen (but possibility of rental on site) or cleaning at the end of the stay.
This accommodation is not suitable for parties (no noise after 10 p.m.) or animals.

In the Coutant district, apartment type T2 crossing with an area of 42 m² located on the 2nd floor without lift, Residence la Rose des sables, 193 allée des sables intended for sleeping 2 to 5 people including:
• a living room opening onto the 6 m² terrace with BEACH AND SEA VIEW and integrating a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, multifunction oven, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary for cooking and meals). Living room with a sofa bed (140x190)
• an independent bedroom equipped with a large 140x200 bed with chest and large wardrobe (overlooking the car park) and a cabin with sliding door and 2 bunk beds 90x190 in the bedroom
• a bathroom with shower and washing machine
• an independent WC
• a parking space for one car (place in a closed overhead car park. BIP in the apartment to enter and exit). Please note if your vehicle is tall (more than 190 cm or roof box), a dedicated key (present in the apartment) is required to open the anti-truck barrier present in the car park.

All served by a hallway with large storage (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, household utensils, etc.)
WiFi, television, mobile air conditioner.

All shops at the foot of the building (open during the season): grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, clothing, press, bakery, beach items and 5 min walk: supermarket (super U and Lidl), butcher and fishmonger.
Lively area in summer (evening concerts, markets twice a week, etc.)

The accommodation is air-conditioned but it is also non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.

Personalized welcome at the beginning and end of the stay but possibility of reception via a key box in the event of very late arrivals or unavailability.
