Ideally located, the comfortable 2-star apartment is our second home, located in a quiet area of villas and gardens while being 300 m from the large sandy beach, port, cafes, restaurants and shops.

100m away you have the regular bus stop TOULON ST TROPEZ which serves the majority of LAVANDOU beaches.
Everything is done on foot, a car is not essential.

It runs north-south, very bright; its orientation allows you to enjoy a terrace area adjoining the neighboring apartment to have breakfast or other.

The rooms are spacious, high ceilings with lots of storage.
The bedding in the room is new, very comfortable; the bed will be made for your arrival.
Wi-Fi is free as are sheets, towels and tea towels provided; the price displayed is "all inclusive".
The mezzanine in the bedroom is reserved for the owners and is not authorized for children under 10 years old, no beds and equipment for babies and young children.

No parties allowed, the premises are non-smoking, animals are not allowed.
Arrivals and departures are every day of the week except Friday. On arrival from 4 to 7 p.m., our trusted person will welcome you, their contact details will be given to you 8 days before. For departure before 10 a.m. the apartment will be left clean, floors vacuumed, trash cans emptied, sanitary facilities spotless, dishes washed, dried and put away.
