Located on the 1st floor / 4, with elevator and intercom, it consists of:
- 1 entrance with cupboard and WC
- 1 living room: dining area for 4 guests, lounge area with chaise longue sofa, TV, WiFi, coffee table, fitted kitchen (washer-dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer)
- 1 bedroom with window: Emma 140x190 mattress bed with storage + bathroom (2-drawer vanity unit + shower)
Bed linen and toiletries provided (at no extra charge) from 3 nights.
Weekly rental only from the beginning of July to mid-September.
Free parking nearby all year round (station car park 300 spaces and Lin car park 100 spaces) and from the end of September to mid-June tourist office parking at the foot of the residence.
Numerous beaches and tourist sites within a radius of 13 to 40 km (Névez and Fouesnant beaches, Bénodet, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan, etc.)
Shuttles to the Glénan or Beg Meil archipelago from the port of Concarneau.
