The BEL'M is ideally located at the top of the Col du Brabant, hiking and mountain biking trails are at the foot of the house, Lac des Corbeaux is close, the ski resorts (Nordic or alpine) of La Bresse are 15 minutes away by car.
A few hundred meters away, you will find a paragliding site (Roche de Minuit), or in summer the possibility of horseback riding, Segway rides, and many other activities
Inside, a large common room (85 m²) allows you to eat together, the renovation is recent and we are keen to offer a good level of equipment.
You will find everything you need for cooking, outdoor BBQ, and a large 100 m² terrace, half of which is covered.
The 8 bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding, 5 bedrooms have a bathroom equipped with a shower and sink, and 3 other bathrooms are available.
The configuration allows you to either meet together in the large common room, or on the terrace in summer, or to enjoy the 3 living rooms and kitchens independently.

"appartement spacieux et tres bien équipé"
c'est la 2e fois que nous louons un appartement chez Jean Marc, et encore une fois nous sommes ravis !
l'appartement de 150m² est spacieux et très bien équipé en vaisselle, plats, électroménager.
il a été restauré/réaménagé avec soin et bon goût.
le propriétaire est très disponible / réactif et aux petits soins pour ses locataires.
il est fort possible que nous louions l'an prochain un appartement chez lui.

"Superbe chalet tout confort"
Nous avons séjournés tout un week end en famille, petits et grands et nous avons passés un super moment.
Il ne manque rien. Salles de bain équipées, propres avec grande douche à l’italienne, un poêle à bois qui est au top et qui donne une ambiance chaleureuse à cette grande pièce à vivre.
Lave vaisselle, appareil à raclette et j’en passe tout est là.
Un bonus pour les jeux de sociétés ++++.
Le chalet se situe près de plusieurs randonnées à faire à pieds même avec les enfants.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement et Jean Marc et quelqu’un de fort sympathie et réactif.
