The late check-in service is provided by an external company and must be contracted and paid at the latest before 20:00 hours the day before your arrival or check-in. For same day check-in reservations, it is not possible to contract the late check-in service; therefore, the check-in must be done before 20:00

A damage deposit of €2000 is required. Payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival and can only be made by bank transfer. In case your reservation is made less than 14 days before arrival, it is compulsory to pay the bank transfer the same day the reservation is made. The damage deposit will only be considered paid once we have received the deposit, not the provision of bank proof under any circumstances.
