Petanca Tennis Rutas de senderismoThe T1 is well ventilated, in a secure residence with numbered parking, a tennis court and a petanque court. It is equipped to receive you in order to spend a pleasant stay.
What about the sargassum...?
- No odours at home or in the city of Ste Luce
- at the level of the beaches of Ste Luce... as well as some other beaches (salines, sea point, cove fig...) you have nothing to fear, swimming guaranteed.
The T1 is located on the top floor of the building with elevator. It has a large well-ventilated terrace with sea views. Sunbeds are at your disposal to enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the residence.
It can accommodate up to 2 people (1 large sofa - bed of 140x190) with the possibility of an umbrella bed with changing table on request (in addition to 30€ the stay)
There is an outdoor parking, wifi, snowshoes, linens, deckchairs, air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen.

"Excellent séjour"
On ne peut que recommander cette location très bien située et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Christine. Tout est conforme au descriptif. La terrasse est très agréable et permet de vivre à l'extérieur. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour notre plus grand plaisir !

"Excellente adresse"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 5 semaines dans le logement de Christine qui est propre, clair et bien équipé. Son atout de charme est sa grande terrasse où nous buvions nos ti'punchs et prenions nos repas; elle est bien ventilée et bien aménagée. La résidence est calme et bien sécurisée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y retournerons sans problème lors de notre prochain séjour en Martinique que nous adorons.

Les photos sont comme le réel. Et même mieux!
Le logement possède une très grande terrasse où nous avons pu bronzer et prendre l’apéro, sous une bonne brise quotidienne. Il est bien équipé. De plus il est proche de deux plages anse Mabouyas et desert (environs 7 min à pieds)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christine.
Sa terrasse bien ventilée est une merveille pour se détendre. Le logement est bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Bonne communication ! N’hésitez pas.
