Suites Avenue

Set in a striking, contemporary building on Passeig de Gràcia and facing Gaudí’s La Pedrera, Suites Avenue offers stylish accommodation. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and sauna.

Each of the Avenue’s apartments has simple, chic décor with parquet floors and leather sofas. All apartments have a large kitchen with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The property has a concierge service, which guests can use to arrange excursions, beauty treatments and babysitting.

The apartments are a 5-minute walk from a selection of upmarket shops and close to a range of cafés and restaurants.

Casa Batlló is 5 minutes’ walk from the apartments, while Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas are just over 1 km away. Diagonal Metro Station is a 2-minute walk from the Suites.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance, no later than 24 hours after booking.

The amounts with VAT included have been calculated based on the tax rate in force on the date of the reservation. In the event of a change in the VAT rates or brackets applicable on the date of stay, the final amount will be recalculated to apply that corresponding to that date.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
