The studio is on the 2nd floor without elevator and has its private numbered parking space.
The studio is made up of:
1 new bz bultex 140 x 190 cm for 2 people
2 retractable bunk beds 80 x 190 cm and new mattresses
1 flat screen TV 80 cm
1 table and 4 chairs
1 small storage unit at the entrance
2 wall storage units above the sofa
1 electric convector
1 manual fan
1 storage column
An equipped kitchen, 2-burner gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tassimo coffee machine as well as various cooking utensils.
A bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin cabinet, and 1 wall mounted storage cabinet as well as an electric towel dryer and hair dryer.
Provision of an indoor clothesline, a vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop and various maintenance products available free of charge (floor, glass, multi-surface and toilet product).
Bed linen, towels, tea towel, bath mat and blanket are not provided.
4 pillows 60 x 60 cm are provided
The end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant if it is not done, it will be billed
50 euros and deducted from the deposit.
Our friends the animals are not accepted, the apartment is non-smoking and parties are not allowed.
A 30% deposit is requested upon booking, and the balance to be paid 15 days before the date of arrival. Reservation 7 nights minimum for the rental.
Deposit 300 euros not cashed to be given on arrival.
The keys are to be collected from a concierge 100 meters from the studio.

Bonsoir j'ai loué l'appartement pour mes parents il était très content et très bien entretenu tout est neuf vraiment situé à 5 minutes de la plage mole
10 minute au vieux port tout est neuf dans l'appartement je vous le recommande énormément la propriétaire est très aimable vraiment vous passerez des bon vacances au cap d'Agde

"Super semaine de vacances !"
Super semaine dans un appartement bien aménagé, propre et fonctionnel ! Tout est recent ! Il est lumineux et la residence calme. Tout est accessible a pied, un vrai bonheur. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
