Adorable little cocoon overlooking the Loire, located in the heart of the city center of Rosiers-sur-Loire and on the banks of the Loire, between Angers and Saumur. The train station 2 minutes from the accommodation, possibility to park bicycles in a secure place.

The city of Rosiers-sur-Loire is ideally located in the heart of Anjou and provides access to many tourist activities that will attract many visitors (lovers of nature, culture, not to mention wine lovers for the wine estates of Anjou, etc.), the activities offered:
A “History and heritage” circuit to discover in particular a belvedere bell tower and its strange Zen bouncing fountain. Possibility on foot or by bike, along the Loire towards Ollivier Island (main stopover area for “la Loire à vélo”), Saint-Clément-des-Levées and Saint-Martin-de-la-Place.
Artists and craftsmen, notably at the Conserverie and the Espace des Ponts. Finally, a flea market, every 3rd Sunday of each month. Festivals, events and shows finally contribute to making Les Rosiers a lively and dynamic little town.
The famous castles of the Loire Valley, the various parks and gardens, animal parks...
This completely authentic and completely renovated accommodation in a house from the early 1800s, with a very stylish contemporary decoration will seduce you.
Quality sheets, towels, rugs and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made upon your arrival.
Kitchenette, fully equipped: toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, hob, crockery...
Shower room and separate toilet, hair dryer, television. BZ convertible into a bed for 2 additional people.
Arrival time: from 3:00 p.m. – Departure time: 11:00 a.m.

"Super séjour emplacement idéale"
Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans ce bel espace, d'une propreté remarquable et la propriétaire était super accueillante. Nous avons apprécié la vue de la Loire et la proximité des commerces à côté et d'avoir pu stationner nos vélos était un plus !

Nous avons été accueilli par typhaine et ses filles.
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le studio Mimosas agréablement décoré ou tout le confort est proposé. Le coin est magnifique et nous sommes en bordure de Loire. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
