Studio créole tout confort

The studio that we put at your disposal for your stay in Guadeloupe is located by the sea, about 3 km from Saint-François, at the Domaine de l'Anse des Rochers.
It is located on the 1st floor of a magnificent villa of Creole architecture, whose entrance is protected by digital code and intercom.

Our 27 m² studio, air-conditioned, completely renovated and newly equipped in 2012 + 13 m² north-facing terrace, well ventilated, is composed as follows:
- an entrance with large cupboard and storage
- a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils
- a bedroom area with 2 good quality 80x200 beds
- a desk
- a TV with orange decoder
- a WiFi network
- a bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower, cabinet with drawers under the sink, WC, washing machine

A water reserve has also been installed to guarantee you maximum comfort in the event of a water cut.

Our studio has a capacity of 2 people.

Linen and towels are provided.

The fully secure residence with caretaker is located in a tropical park of 7 hectares with an infinity pool of 1000 m², private beach 100 meters away, tennis court, mini-golf course.
Parking for one car inside the residence.
