Our studio is located within the residence of Anse des Rochers.
The residence has a beautiful tropical garden, a huge 1200 m² infinity pool a few steps from the accommodation and also a pretty little sandy beach on the edge of the lagoon with turquoise waters (barely 200m from the studio) , tennis court. Residence with secure parking.
The studio is located 3 km from Saint-François, 28 km from Pointe à pitre airport (a vehicle is necessary).
The studio is composed as follows:
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed (new) and a sofa bed (March 2019), TV, bedside table, sheets provided,
- 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, wc and washbasin, towels provided for the stay,
- 1 kitchen and dining area located on the balcony/loggia closing with an electric shutter. Ceiling fan, table and chairs, kitchen utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave and mini oven, vitro hob, coffee maker, washing machine.
- 1 large storage cupboard available to you,
- new individual air conditioning.

"Super location"
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le studio très bien équipé.
La résidence c'est top avec sa piscine et sa plage.
Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires.
Premier séjour en Guadeloupe mais quand nous reviendrons nous choisirons c'est studio.
Nous recommandons vivement !
