ENGLISH -Welcome to Studio 3 (year of construction 2014/2015), with an area of 32 m² with an additional 10 m² terrace.

It is located in SARLAT, 650 m (6-7 minutes on foot) from the historic heart of the city and 300 m from a large supermarket.

This studio is equipped with a modern kitchen with all the equipment and accessories necessary for its proper functioning, as well as a washing machine.

The bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm double bed, an office area with Wifi and satellite TV, heated and cooled floors. Sheets and towels are included in the price.

This rental has its own private parking and is located on the 3000 m² wooded property.

The place is perfectly adapted for disabled access (wheelchair) from the parking lot to the front door of the studio, as well as inside.

Our animal friends are unfortunately not invited to reside there and smokers are restricted to smoking outside only. The accommodation has a second studio, perfectly identical and adjacent to the latter in the event of two couples traveling together and wishing to meet in privacy at the end of the day.
