Far from any hearing and visual pollution, this *** rated gite opens its doors for you to discover a character house of more than 200 m² renovated in early 2019.
This gite has a large living/dining room of 70 m² with a view of the wooded park and the fishing pond, a fully equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, ...), two bathrooms with shower (one on each floor), two separate toilets, a laundry room (with washing machine and freezer), four large bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor (bedding: 2 beds of 140x190, 1 bed of 160x190, 2 beds of 90x200, 1 cot) and a large games room upstairs.
Outside: a large table, a barbecue and deck chairs are available (not overlooked).
