Rolling Waves 1 is a 3-bedroom apartment. Downstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms with a bathroom, including a bath and full laundry facilities. Upstairs has the 3rd bedroom with another bathroom, a large open plan living area with polished timber floors, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and a dishwasher. The upstairs area opens out to a spacious terrace with sun loungers, barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. Air-conditioning, a TV, DVD player and a CD player are provided.

This dog friendly house has a fully fenced courtyard area connected to the laundry on the ground floor, with a dog kennel and a trampoline. There is a fully enclosed balcony on the 1st floor.

Pets are allowed (a supplement may apply).
