Reception opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30, Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00, and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:30 to 20:00. As opening hours may vary, guests are advised to contact the residence prior to arrival using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation.

Prices include bed linen, towels, household linen, a cleaning kit, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). Free basic WiFi access is available for up to five devices.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Please note that the residence swimming pool is closed during the summer season. During this period, guests benefit from access to the covered and heated swimming pool at the Chaudanne Olympic Park, located approximately 4 km away.

In July and August, this includes access to a 25-metre pool, a waterslide available for children aged 6 and over, and a paddling pool for younger children. One entry per person per day is offered for stays of at least seven nights, with access passes to be collected daily at reception. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
