Located in Arc 1800 Ski Resort, Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Alpages de Chantel provides apartments an 8-minute walk away from Chantel Ski Lift. The residence offers a wellbeing centre, including a sauna and a hammam. Massage and beauty treatments are available at the Deep Nature Spa at an extra cost.

All apartments offer a lounge area with a TV, while there is also an equipped kitchenette. The private bathroom is fitted with a bath or a shower. Some apartments come with a balcony.

During winter, guests may order deliveries of fresh bread and pastries for breakfast, while regional dishes can be ordered for dinner. The resort offers a number of bars.

Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Alpages de Chantel also has a fitness centre with exercise classes available at an extra cost. There is a ski school for children and upon prior reservation, guests can purchase ski passes and rent ski equipment at the property. Activities available in the local area include skiing, hiking and dog sledding.

Bourg Saint-Maurice Train Station is 17 km from Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Alpages de Chantel. Buses are available for guests to travel between the station and the property. Chambéry-Savoie Airport is 1.5 hours away by car.

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

For stays of 7 nights, check-in is from 17:00 and check-out must take place before 10:00.

Rates include bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), a kitchen towel, a bath mat, a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access, TV, as well as all charges and taxes (excluding the tourist tax).

Guests have free access to the residence’s indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, cardio-training room and relaxation area. Access to the spa, massages and beauty treatments is available at an additional cost. Please note that the spa currently does not offer treatments or massages until further notice; however, the hammam, sauna and swimming pool remain accessible.

Please note that the residence swimming pool is closed until 29 December. During this period, guests benefit from free access to the resort’s aqualudic pool.

For invoice requests, the invoice will be issued under the name indicated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Pets are accepted only upon presentation of a valid anti-rabies certificate and may incur additional charges.

Reception is open from Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 22:00.

A credit card pre-authorisation (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be required upon arrival.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances enhances your stay with a selection of complimentary mountain activities. For stays of 7 nights or more, guests receive one Hero Cool leisure card (10 credits) per apartment per week, offering access to a wide range of Hero Les Arcs activities such as hiking, climbing, archery, fitness, zumba, cardio training, trail running, circus activities, trampoline, mini-golf, trampobungee, adventure parks for children and mini quad. Guests also benefit from a 10% discount on additional Hero Les Arcs services.

The card is provided upon arrival. To benefit from the discount, guests must present their Pierre & Vacances apartment key at the Hero Les Arcs desk located on Place Miravidi in Le Charvet. Activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As they are operated by independent partners, the content of the Hero Cool card may be subject to change.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
